At Advanced Recruitment, our recruitment process plays a significant role, to ensure the quality of the candidates we place align with the business culture, meeting all the requirements  for that position. Another aspect of our placement includes knowing abit about the existing team, to allocate a candidate that will fit in and bring a positive aspect to the current team.

STAGE 1

Client consultation

Advanced Recruitment meets with the client to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.

STAGE 2

Sourcing candidates

Advanced Recruitment will search for suitable candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and their own database.

STAGE 3

Screening and assessment

Advanced Recruitment will perform initial screenings of candidates, reviewing resumes and applications, conducting phone or online interviews, and assessing their qualifications and suitability for the job.

STAGE 4

Interviews and shortlisting

Suitable candidates are invited for face-to-face interviews where their skills, experience, and personality are assessed. Advanced Recruitment may conduct one or more interviews to narrow down the pool of candidates.

STAGE 5

Reference and background checks

Advanced Recruitment contacts candidate's previous employers or references to verify their work history and credentials.

STAGE 6

Offer and employment negotiation

When the agency has identified the most suitable candidate, they negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms on behalf of the client.

STAGE 7

Onboarding

Once an offer has been accepted, Advanced Recruitment will provide support to the employer for the onboarding process, including orientation and employee setup.

STAGE 8

Follow up

Advanced Recruitment will then follow up with the client and candidate to ensure the transition successful.

STAGE 9

Fulfilment

The candidate will receive contract documents from the employer to sign and return to Advanced Recruitment.

Follow-up

Advanced Recruitment is acts as associate between the employer and candidate so that if there are any issues, we will solve it, our team ensures that all relevant information received from both the candidates and the employer are updated in our systems for future reference.
