Process

Meet the employer client

We will arrange for one of our Early childhood sector experts to contact you, and have a face-to-face meeting to understand your business goals, vision and service Philosophy. We want to know more about your team culture and environment to effectively align the right candidate to the role. Our marketing and liaison team will conduct a thorough search through our database to find your ideal candidate, meeting your service needs. We also connect into our large ECEC network, which frequently refers us to known jobseekers based on their skills and expertise. Additionally, we market the position based on our clients needs and on all jobseeker platforms.

Start the hunt

We select a very few candidates and ask them to come in for an interview. We inform them of the role's details as well as the vision of the employer and their organization, including its culture, employees, and requirements. The candidate must be a good fit for the service and have aligning objectives in addition to being qualified for the position. We also ask the candidates questions about the Earlychildhood industry to grasp how well they know the industry standards.

Meet with candidates

Reference checks are implemented and this is where our skills shine meaning we can read between the lines, ask deeper questions to really understand the candidates needs and see if they are the right fit.

Reference checks

Continue to follow-up with clients every 4–5 days, updating clients with any perspective candidates meetings or just to touch base on any changes made to the position

Employer/candidate interviews

We handle the logistics of setting up interviews between applicants and employers once we have a selection of applicants that have been carefully selected to satisfy the skills and knowledge required of the role and qualification. Our client will then conduct a formal meeting with the applicant.

Liaison and feedback

Feedback will then be shared with Advanced Recruitment by both parties.

Decision time

obtaining and offering helpful input that directs the decision-making process. Our role is to act as a reliable adviser to both sides.

Offer stage

The client will decide and inform us of their choice.

Fulfillment

This procedure will be guided by client to make sure that the best applicant is selected based on all factors. The preferred candidate for the company will then receive an offer. Advanced Recruitment  initiates in follow-up calls to check on clients and candidates after they are placed ensuring the successful transition.
